The Song Festival area is not open to visitors during certain events. We will inform you whether your preferred dates are open to visit the Song Festival area after your inquiry.

In order to cancel the tour and receive a full refund, you must inform us via email (you can respond to our confirmation email) at least 3 full days (72 hours) in advance.
Cancelling less than 3 days in advance will result in you receiving a 50% refund.
